Payment by electronic transfer or cheque is due prior to a course starting and within one week of a confirmed booking.

Cancellation terms 50% of the course fee is payable for a cancellation made by a delegate between two and four weeks before the course. The full fee is payable within two weeks of the course start date.

Rescheduling courses cancelled by delegates. In the event of cancellation, delegates will be able to attend alternative dates for the course provided there are places available. An additional fee may apply.
